Check the care label and fabric before applying water or a stain remover. With non-removable covers, the padding matters as well as the fabric: avoid soaking the seat. Tell us which products have already been used and send photos of the whole sofa, the stain and the care label.
Why an odour may persist after cleaning
Urine odours may persist if liquid has reached padding or another layer that surface cleaning cannot treat. Explain when the problem started and which treatments have been tried. The fabric and padding condition affect what is possible; cleaning cannot guarantee that every odour will be removed.
What to send for a textile cleaning quote
Send photos of the whole item, affected areas and care label if available. Include its approximate dimensions, your town, access details and when the stain or odour appeared. Mention any products already applied.
