Define areas, frequency, priorities, access, opening hours and the expected level of service.

Separate routine tasks from periodic cleaning

List the washrooms, kitchenette, bins, floors and clear work surfaces to be cleaned. Set the frequency for each area according to use: a busy entrance does not need the same schedule as a rarely used meeting room. Agree periodic tasks separately, including windows and deeper cleaning.

Write a scope that can be compared

For each area, specify the task, frequency and expected result. Add permitted working hours, key handover, alarm instructions, waste sorting and any consumables to supply. Name a site contact and agree how to report an issue. Compare quotes against this same scope, not just the total price.

Prepare an office cleaning quote

Send the floor area, number of people using the premises, washrooms, preferred days and access restrictions. Photos or a site visit help clarify the work. The cleaning scope and working hours are agreed before the quote is confirmed.
